填料作为阀杆处的密封,承担阀杆处上下运动的密封作用。传统的解决方案是压板式填料函结构,该结构虽然也能起到密封作用,但是存在着阀杆处摩擦力大,造成整阀死区大无法响应小信号的问题。针对上述问题100系列调节阀本着在保证阀杆处有效密封的同时,改进结构减小阀杆摩擦力的原则。从新设计开发了新型的填料函结构。该结构的特点是整体式填料函更换维修方便,多个U型带密封补偿密封圈取代传统的PTFE V型填料。 filler

阀内组件材料In-valve component material


常用的阀内组件材料为SUS304SUS316SUS316LSUS410SUS420等,根据不同的流体情况,进行相应的处理,对于控制空化流体、含有固体颧粒的流体以及高温、高压场合,一定要进行硬化处理,延长阀门的使用寿命。

硬化处理主要的方法有以下几种

1、热处理

a304/316固溶处理

该系列材料为奥氏体不锈钢主要应用干介质有腐蚀性的工况,或者低温场合。当介质的腐蚀性较强时,须对其进行固溶处理。固溶处理的目的是提高材料的硬度以厦耐腐蚀性能

温度使用范围-196-530 b410/420调质处理(漳火+回火)

该系列材料为马氏体不锈钢是一种优良的耐汽蚀材料,在高温高压差场合使用时须对其进行调质处理。调质处理的目的是大大提高材料的硬度,延长在严酷工况下的使用寿命。温度使用范围-45~425 c17-4PH沉淀硬化处理

在不锈钢化学成分的基础上添加不同类型、数量的强化元素,通过沉淀硬化过程析出不同类型和数量的碳化物、氮化物、碳氮化物和金属间化合物,既提高钢的强度又保持足够的韧性的一类高强度不锈钢,简称沉淀硬化。

温度使用范围-45~425

2、表面硬化处理

表面热处理分为两大类表面淬火、表面化学热处理。

a、火焰加热表面淬火、接触电热表面淬火,感应加热表面漳火等。 b、渗碳、渗氮、碳氮共渗、渗硼、渗铬、渗铜等。

3、堆煤处理

司太莱堆焊|主要成份CoCrw)是一种常用的硬化处理方法,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。

司太莱堆焊分全面堆焊和局部堆焊两种方法,具体采用哪种堆焊方式,没有标准的规定,通常根据流体不同的压力、温度及流体是否含颗粒而定。

c.17-4PH precipitation hardening treatment

Different types and quantities of strengthening elements are added to the chemical composition of stainless steel, and different types and amounts of carbides,nitrides, carbonitrides and intermetallic compounds are precipitated by precipitation hardening process, which not only improves the strength of steel but also maintains sufficient toughness. A type of high-strength stainless steel, referred to as precipitation hardening.

Temperature range -45~4252, surface hardening treatment

Surface heat treatment is divided into two types of surface quenching and surface chemical heat treatment. a, flame heating surface quenching, contact electric heating surface quenching, induction heating surface bonfire. b, carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, boronizing, chromizing, copper infiltration, etc.

3. surfacing treatment

Stellite surfacing (main components Co, Cr,w) is a commonly used hardening treatment method with excelient corrosion resistance.

Stellite surfacing is divided into two methods: full surfacing and partial surfacing. The specific welding method is adopted. There is no standard regulation, which is usually determined by the different pressures,temperatures and fluids of the fluid.

JKVL21系列是新一代高性能调节阀采用自对中心卡入式无螺纹连接阀座。通过阀盖,阀笼轴向固定。阀盖与阀体,阀座与阀体均是金属与金属接触,它们之间的空隙由密封垫片填充而保证密封。阀盖密封垫片的压缩程度是由阀盖上面的螺栓预紧力决定的,只有保证了阀盖与阀体之间的同轴度,才能保证阀芯与阀座垂直对中心以利于达到严格的密封要求。当阀盖完全安装好的时候,其力量是通过压笼或者套筒传递给阀座的。只有阀座,压笼或者套筒的高度公差十分接近时,阀座的密封垫片得到适当的压缩才能既保证密封要求,又不会导致阀座密封垫片遭到过压引起泄漏。若做到了阀门正确装配,自对心;项部导向结构的阀座就能很好的与阀芯配合而不需要研磨。

When the bonnet is fully installed, its force is transmitted to the vaive seat through the cage or sleeve. Only when the height tolerances of the valve seat, cage or sleeve are very close, the gasket of the valve seat is properly compressed to ensure the sealing requirements without causing loakage of the seat gasket by overpressure. If the valve is assembled correctly, it is self-centering; the valve seat of the top guiding structure can be well matched with the valve core without grinding.
